Samsung UHD TV Drops Sound on Channel Change

The sound on my Samsung TV frequently drops out when I change the channel. I have a SAMSUNG UN55JU7100FXZA LED 4K ULTRA HD that I purchased five months ago.
Anyone hear of this issue and - more important - how to fix it?

Always call in those bugs.

They will either check your firmware or log there is a bug to be fixed.

I'm sorry to hear this.

What type of HDMI cord are you using? We would recommend using a 2.0 version or higher. Also, you may want to check to make sure your digital output in the sound menu is set to PCM.
