Here in the USA I dial 1800SAMSUNG and work the issue.
Then I have the retailer I can ask, and finally the samsung.com web page with its CHAT feature.
If they fail, back it goes.

I just purchased UE49KU6400 and for some reason when I try to do my initial set up of the SmartHub it won't download the Terms and Conditions page and take me on to the next step (sayimg unable to download Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy). I have connected to a wireless router and Internet is working fine.
I already tryied reset Smart Hub and TV but still doesn´t download the required page.
If anyone has faced similar issue or knows anything about fixing this please let me know, Thank you very much in advance,
