Resolved Question

SAMSUNG UE48H6670 Smart 3D 48" LED TV

Apr 25, 2015 2:41AM PDT

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying the SAMSUNG UE48H6670 Smart 3D 48" LED TV and I'm trying to find out if you can upgrade the firmware from the Smart Hub to Smart hub 2?,

If not is it a big difference between the two, should I go for a Samsung with Smart hub 2?

While I'm here does anyone have any experience of this TV.

I look forward to hearing from anyone can help,

Samsung has not solved it's recurring outage issues. I can't guess why they don't bite the bullet and remove the requirement that Samsung's web services work before you can get Netflix and more. Until they make a basic design change, Samsung's Smart TV isn't going to be reliable. While I'd buy another Samsung TV I would not buy it because of the smart feature.

Thanks for your help but I'm still unsure if you can upgrade from smart hub to smart hub 2 (probably me being a bit thick)
