I have recently bought a new UE46ES6300 Smart LED 3D TV. Other than this problem it has so far been a brilliant TV. However, the problem I have encountered is that the EPG for the Freesat HD built into the TV doesn't seem to update very well.
When I am watching a channel, it will show the guide for that channel, but only two hours ahead, then it just shows 'no information'. All of the other channels that i'm not watching only have 'no information' and only update when I change to that channel, and then for only two hours ahead.
Also, UE46ES6300 has dual tuners and on the freeview tuner the EPG works perfectly.
I know this isnt a problem with my satellite / cables as I have other freesat boxes that work fine. This is quite frustrating as it means that browsing programs is difficult and setting the PVR to record more than 2 hours in advance is impossible unless on freeview - which isn't HD.
Anyone know how to fix this?
