In the USA I have samsung.com and a chat option on the home page as well as 1800SAMSUNG.
In this case it's all under their control and while I might scan the manual for any resets the ONE THING I never do or endorse is the service menu. Use of the service menu has resulted in voided warranties so no one I know advises using that.
