They will have you check for latest firmware and a few other items.
But folk are not happy with Sams ideas on smart TVs from what I gather. A Roku gets Netflix better than the Sam. Very odd these Smart TVs. Millions spent on development and the first thing I do is turn that off and plug in a Roku or such.
I recently purchased the Samsung UE32J5500 Smart T.V.
There appears to be a compatibility issue when using Netflix via the Smart Hub. The app loads but when browsing/navigating content, the screen will either flicker momentarily or go completely black for a few seconds. It appears to be the same as if you were selecting a different input source, as if it's adjusting.
I wonder whether it's because when browsing Netflix, it loads preview clips and the screen refreshes because of this? Whatever the case, it's very annoying!
No problems with any of the other apps/ connectivity or streaming. No issues when using Netflix on my PS3/4 on the t.v.
I've looked around the internet but cannot seem to find any resolution to this issue. Firmware and Netflix app are both up to date.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
