Samsung UE32ES6300S best 3D/Picture settings

Hi there.

On Monday I got myself the Samsung UE32ES6300S Smart LED 3D TV.

I would like to know what are the best settings to fully experience 3D at its best. As well as Picture settings, as I find colours to be a bit too 'bright'.
