h_attila,

If you're not able to get your TV to power on, try unplugging the unit for a few minutes and then plug it back in and attempt to restart the unit. If it still isn't able to power up, you may need to call the Samsung customer service center in your area for further assistance.

It's rare that a firmware update properly installed would cause an issue like this, but it's still possible.

Keep me posted.

hello,

I took my tv to service, but in the area where I live the serviceman doesn't know what to do with it. Please if you can help me, the tv can be connected with the laptop?.
The red light is flashing 8 times, after he stops for a while and strat flashing again 8 times. No sound or picture.
Or they have to do a memory dump somehow.
In the service they have the service manual, but they can't do a hard reset to undo the firmware update because the display is black.
If is any program which can help my tv please send it to me to can give to the serviceman.

thank you in advance for your prompt answer and your help.

h_attila,

I don't have any of those tools, unfortunately. The service technician should be able to contact Samsung or a regional technical center in his regional network. I don't have any further information.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
