Samsung UA55C7000 Interference with Wireless Dongle

Jul 29, 2011 11:53PM PDT

I recently purchased UA55C7000 with Samsung Wirelss Dongle v9. I have no issues with internet connection, but when I watch standard freeview channels with wireless switched on, I get constant interference. Its like a constant glitch that happens every 5 seconds. As i switch the option back to wired, the glitch stops.

Any ideas to solve this? Samsung not really providing me much help, execept asking me to restore TV back to factory settings.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I changed the Channel and this has improved the interference... Guess got to try a channel until it goes away fully.

I can only guess you are new to OTA. When you get OTA interference you find little support for clearing it up. But try this. Get some USB EXTENSION CABLE so you can move the wifi dongle away from your OTA antenna's sight.
