Question

Samsung UA48H5100

Hi,

I recently purchased a 2014 model samsung 48 inches led tv. (UA48H5100)
but it doesn't read my Seagate HDD 1TB in NTFS format..
the TV has USB transfer and all sort of options and I have seen other samsung tv's play movies from HDD in NTFS format. Why would it not work on mine?
Does the TV not read NTFS format?
Is there any way i can play movies larger than 4GB on the tv?
