Is there an internal mute setting on your television, or did you hit the mute button on your remote?
I don't have a lot of information to go with, so if you have any additional comments, that would be helpful.

this problemas start when i transporter the tv from a house to another. i thont press the mute bottom. the tv whas to arrange by samsung but it cames the same no soun d and problems in the command of the tv, very slow to do whath we want.

You may want to call the Samsung customer service center in your area. I am having some trouble understanding what caused the problem. From what I read here, it happened when you moved from one house to another, but I don't know what caused the mute.
