There was a model that had a bulletin on it about something but only those service systems have the bulletins. So hit Samsung.com and click on the service link.
Had the startup, vertical lines, noise problems that would go away after a little while and all was good. Got worse. Replaced capacitors, 9 of them that I got in a kit. Same problem. Then I noticed without the coax cable hooked up, I got a weak/no signal prompt on screen. Hooked up coax, and noise, lines etc started. So, I unhooked coax and connected a dvd player with red white yellow cable and no problems, played fine. Then I took tv to the other room where I have an HDMI cable coming from cable box. Again, no problems... so what can be wrong with coax connection. I replaced this tv with a new one but would like to use this one at our cabin that only has antenna with coax.
