This way you know the soundbar is being use. I could be wrong but that's how my logic goes.

I have Samsung H6410 series led tv. I have recently bought a Samsung soundbar HW-J430. It is working perfect wirelessly. I have just one annoying thing.
I can manage both tv and soundbar with tv remote, this is perfect. But on tv screen I can see only unchanging "+" and "-" symbols while adjusting volume of the soundbar. When the tv is on, not connected to soundbar, it shows big numbers in ascending or descending order as I adjust the volume higher and lower. But why does it change to "+" and "-" symbols on the screen when the soundbar is on? Yes, I can see very little numbers on soundbar screen, but I want to see big numbers on my tv screen as well.
Also, my tv remote turns off both tv and soundbar. But it doesn't turn on them together. I have to turn on soundbar manually or with its remote. Could you please help me for these? Any help would be really much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Kara
