I've two years old Samsung DLP TV that suddenly started showing white spots. I spoke to customer support and they basically told me that there is no other option but to pay for repair but they won't tell me how much repair will cost. When service ticket was created I was forced to accept condition that I'll pay for labor for the repair without even knowing how much it will cost. Service center called to schedule appointment for repair and quoted $250.. and this for TV that is not worth more than $200. It is very frustrating dealing with this Samsung support. Anyone else have similar experience ?
