I'd pop new batteries in the remote first.
After that I'd try a factory reset (see manual for what resets can be done.)
After all that, there's nothing user serviceable. But if the set is in some enclosed space we move it out of that space. Also I'd check the vents by using the usual canned air to be sure they are clean and clear. How is on the web so I pause here.
I have a SAMSUNG UN50H6350AF 2014 Model. Recently in the last few months the TV would completely shut off and restart itself. Remote control works intermittently. Power button is fine but when trying to access menus or smart hubs rarely do they work with fidelity. Please help. Already verified that IR beams sensor from remote by checking with camera and replaced remote batteries. Sometimes jogger button on tv doesn't register as well.
