I'm very sorry for the poor experience you've had thus far. Could you please let me know if you're still experiencing problems? If so, could you let me know what you've tried thus far? Also, please include your complete model code for your product.
Smart hub keeps installing updates, duplicating apps and won't let me sign in with my Samsung account. When I enter my email address, the 'OK' button is grayed out and only allows me to cancel. I've re-installed smart hub several times and reset my TV etc nothing seems to be
working... the system shows I've got the latest software installed.
My TV was only delivered a few days ago... and for a well respected company and user of Samsung products over the years, I am extremely disappointed! If this problem
doesn't get sorted asap, I will be forced to return the TV and It will be the last Samsung product I ever bought.
What an epic failure!!!
