Samsung TV Screen Mirroring Help !!!

When I try to use the screen mirroring feature on my samsung TV to mirror my PC screen, I have no issues finding the TV on my computer and the TV shows that it has connected to my computer, however after it connects and the "Loading" logo comes up in the corner of the screen, the TV then says "The video data is not supported". Why is this coming up? What is the issue? Thanks for the help.

I didn't find screen mirroring from PC to be supported.

That's usually from Samsung's own tablets and phones. Be sure to see if that's in the product features.

Re: Screen Mirroring

The screen mirroring features would be used with only Samsung Phones and Tablets. The only way to mirror a computer is by making a connection wired to the television via HDMI. To find more information on Screen Mirroring, please refer to the user's manual of your unit.

mirroring works for anything but windows 10

I have screen mirrored movies etc on a daily basis from both an hp running windows 8, then a toshiba running 8.1, without issue, and am now having the exact same issue, it says loading then says video data not supported. this happened immediately after I installed windows 10..
Any thoughts or advice?

Double video stream traffic?

I guess it is similar to all video that is not support Screen Mirroring as it loads double traffic to two screens. So far I never come across Video Screen mirroring 'wireless' except my owned video content. Most possible is to cast video from phone to TV.
