Samsung TV not turning on

Our Samsung 42" LCD is two years old - making weird clicking sounds and not turning on for 1 hour straight. Model no. LN-T4042H

Ours went out today too. 2 yr old tv here too, has a live chat, didnt help me at all though. I know I will NOT buy another samsung. Tvs are NOT disposable, they may be but my income is NOT!
They asked if it was plugged into a surge protector and it ws so had me try to plug it ino the wall, didnt help, you may try it though. Good luck.

mine has been doing this for a year click click....3 minutes later of continually clicking and it will turn on and be just fine...if you turn it off and then back on within a few minutes it doesnt do that annoying clicking. im gonna guess its a little realy back there that wont latch in ? i dunno but maybe its fixable ?

any ideas ?

i know this thread is a year old but maybe someone here has a fix for me

Was one of many back then so each one may not have been replied to.

PLEASE UNPLUG this TV until it's repaired. Continued use can cause more damage that no maker covers.
