So it is designed to do that. Now if you were into those Digital Signage models you can really lock them down.
So, for this TV you wrote TV Channels so your IT staff would work this with ideas like:
1. Remove and secure the antenna input.
2. Put the TV on a secure network where the firewall only allows what you allow.
3. Have HR state the policy on its use. As well as the consequences.
4. Talk to Samsung and other makers about their Digital Signage models.
Good day everyone I am not sure this question was ever asked here so here it is. At my employment we hung this model tv up on the wall to monitor and aviation website online. Now of late some of the employees on the later shift are watching tv channels on it which leads me to my question of Is there any way to disarm the tv aspects like movies or shows etc on this tv or are they a part of the tv and nothing can be done about this? Again yes we use this primarily for an online website so if there is a way to stop the employees from switching to watching other internet things and thinks like the free apps on the tv? Thank you very much and if there is a way to use this only as a monitor only and maybe remotely from another computer can that website be shown on that tv? I would appreciate the exacts of how to achieve this if possible?
