That's debatable. Maybe we need to go over the usual TV repair steps.

1. Get the service manual.
2. Follow the steps and diagnostic tree in the manual.
3. Measure what it asks and swap parts it calls out.

This really irks folk for some reason. Many want a flip a switch or low cost fix that doesn't involve the service manual or spare boards.
