That's debatable. Maybe we need to go over the usual TV repair steps.
1. Get the service manual.
2. Follow the steps and diagnostic tree in the manual.
3. Measure what it asks and swap parts it calls out.
This really irks folk for some reason. Many want a flip a switch or low cost fix that doesn't involve the service manual or spare boards.

the tv does not turn on. the red power light is on and when i try to turn it on it just clicks once or twice the light blinks once and then just stays on. i tried to turn tv on by pushing the power button on tv but it does nothing. is it an easy fix or is the tv shot.
