The one thing I'd try is to unplug all connections, then remove the mains power cord. Wait about 10 minutes and only apply power. See if you can get the menu to show up.
If that fails, get repair estimates.
Hi,
Hope someone with a degree of ability can assist?
I have the above Samsung TV, quite old now and have had no problems whatsoever with it so far.
I've recently connected a NOW TV box via HDMI to the back of the TV and now my TV repeatedly turns itself off and back on again ?
This problem now happens with or without the new box being connected and seems to have permanently damaged our TV.
Has anyone got a diagnosis and more importantly any solutions?
Thanks in advance,
Tom
