Resolved Question

Samsung TV issues

Sep 21, 2018 6:30PM PDT

I purchased a Samsung QLED Q7F T.V. - ( model no. QA55Q7FAM ) a few months ago.
Apart from some other issues, the latest is to do with YouTube.
From the beginning, I was able to access YouTube on the TV, but recently
( for about two weeks now ) I have not been able to connect with YouTube.
I can access YouTube on my PC and my Mobile through WiFi, but for some reason, it just comes up as a black screen on the TV.
Can anyone please shed some light on this ( sorry, no pun intended. )
Thank you
George

Google continues to change YouTube and smart tv owners are complaining. Here, Amazon changed their TV to just pull up the web browser and send you to Youtube.com

Since Google wrote the Youtube app and has ended that app, you have to find new solutions. My fix was an Amazon Fire TV.

To R. Proffitt

Thank you for your answer. I thought that it would have something to do with Google changing something.
I will look into the Amazon Fire T.V.
Cheers
