Last 2 years ago I bought Samsung 32inch 3d smart TV. Today I faced some display issue so I called Samsung service team and they told your display had some if you want we will be replace the display but the price will be 23000. I shocked and asked I bought a good quality brand TV, If its behave like this then why I need spend these much amount . He told this electronic product so it always looks like only if you have warranty we will try to provide some favour otherwise you need to spend the amount to replace the display. Finally I asked service engineer to open the TV and clear if any dust inside. That time service engineer and myslef stunned because in the board they already write some thing like line pilling. He asked me is there any other service person open this TV previously. I said no this is first time. He told me if your TV is new then who is written inside the board. So I asked customer care again they also convinced me like your warranty is over sir .if you want we will arrange a service engineer . I told you mean you want another 300 ruppes and closed the call. If you guys no how to take this issue to higher level. Please let me know.
