Samsung tv internet connection??

Have connected samsung tv series 5 led to internet but don't know what to do next. How do I access browser?

Samsung series 5 Model Number UE40C5100QW. Have spoken to Currys staff who were extremely helpful and suggested buying Samsung Blue Ray player with smart tv and built in wifi model SAMSUNG BD-E6100 3D. This will enable wifi link to tv.

Thanks for your message. But just so you know, if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Ireland. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Have been advised that TV is not smart and therefore solution is thru smart blue ray dvd player - will try tomorrow to get dvd player and try it out thanks for help to all.

Connected samsung bd-ei600 blu ray player to samsung tv. Perfect able to stream bbc iplayer programmes to tv.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
