Samsung TV has no headphone jack

I recently purchased a new Samsung Television (Model Number UN32EH4003F) and sadly found out that there is no headphone jack built into the TV. This feature is important to me since it's the only way I will be able to have my TV on at night.
I bought a RCA to 3.5mm cable to plug into the red and white component audio cables in the back of the TV but it didn't work.
Is there anything I can do to be able to listen to my TV through headphones?

Looked and see Optical out.

Digital Audio Out (Optical) is listed so you need the usual convertor from the usual sources to drive the headphone.

But why keep it? It's new and may be easy to return as not fit for your purpose.
