Question

Samsung TV changes source after 30 mins or so

I bought a new Samsung TV UE49KS8000 yesterday. I set it up to work with my Pioneer AV. After approx 30 mins. the source changes from by itself from HDMI1 to TV without any intervention. This keeps happening

While I have a few guesses, that's all I have. So here they are.
1. It's defective. Get the seller to exchange it.
2. It's in shop mode. As this changes with model, read the manual or ask seller and Samsung how to get it out of shop mode.
3. It's firmware is out of date or buggy. Ask Samsung to check updates and if it's a bug, decide whether to keep or return.
