Because these are short distance things, start with the TV 6 meters or less from TV to WiFi spot. Also, some folk inadvertently turn on the firewall on the router. For first setup don't do that. Finally be sure the router is on channels 1 to about 11. Finally you must let the WiFi broadcast it's name. Hidden SSID can't be supported.
After all that get with Samsung to check current firmware.
Hi, has anyone else experienced issues connecting Samsung TV's to a BT Home Hub? I have recently swapped from a Sky Router to a BT Home Hub, and since then our Samsung TV, will now even find our wifi. It would be good if BT Home Hub 5 allowed you to manually add a MAC address but you cannot. Please help.
