Samsung TV Blinking Red Light and Clicking Relay

Hi Everyone,

I have a Samsung LN46A630M1F TV and has recently developed a problem where when you plug it in, it just has a blinking red light and the relay on the power board clicks every so often. There is no light or picture from the screen, and if I touch the power icon on the TV it beeps, but nothing else. The red light on the tv also seems to react to the remote control buttons being pressed by changing how it blinks, but still no power up of the TV.

I did replace 4 of the Power board Capacitors with 1000uf 35v Capacitors (CM851-CM855). None of the original capacitors looked bad and I'm wondering if CM856, CM858 and CM859 might be the culprit, but again the show no sign of failure.

Can anyone offer any help with troubleshooting this? I'd just replace the whole board but I'm not convinced it's the problem yet.
