Question

Samsung TV

Sep 6, 2015 7:11PM PDT

Bought a new Samsung 7100 yesterday and it worked great, including my PS4 which you have to connect through the One Connect Mini. Today when II turned on the TV it said thatthe TV was updating but then about 30 seconds later a warning appeared stating that the One Connect Mini was disconnected and then shut down. Then the TV restarted and the process continued. If I disconnect the One Connect Mini I can use the TV and apps just fine, but I need the One Connect Mini to work so I can use my PS4 and sound system. Any ideas what is going on?

Sounds like Samsung needs to be called.

Their update and product. My guess is they'll have you do some checks and resets.

But they rarely reveal what's going on.
