Samsung tv

I have a Samsung tv 8 years old, worked fine for all those years besides the fact that we had to change capacitors 2 years ago.
Recently it had another problem the volume would not increase and would remain 0, I read on a forum that you should remove the wire to the control panel and it should work fine. I did that unfortunately I forgot to take the wire off from the main board. The wire burnt, but no damage was caused besides the fact the wire was burnt. I took it off later and tried to switch it on. It switches on for about one second and the screen goes blank again. I have tried to switch it on n off numeros times... Please help
