Samsung terrible customer service

We purchase a 65” television in April that died in September, still under warranty. Evidently, Samsung has a script to tell customers they will call them back and/or that the will have to keep giving Samsung 24 days. We finally got tired after almost 2 months of falsehoods and contacted the BBB, after instructed before moving to the next stage of a lawsuit. Horrible company, stay American.
