They should walk you through firmware updates, settings and resets. If that fails, they should arrange for service.
I have a Samsung UN65JU7100 series TV, located in Florida. Trying to set up the smart hub and while the TV goes through steps 1 and 2 (searching for network and connecting to the internet) with no problems, when it gets to step 3 (downloading the terms & conditions) the TV gets hung up and goes no further. Last night I left it on all night and in the morning it was still cycling and could not get passed step #3. Any ideas would be appreciated.
