Samsung should walk you through the basic checks such as removing caps on the optical then check firmware and more.
I've recently purchased a Samsung television, Samsung UHD TV 4k 6840, along with a Samsung sound bar, HW-FM45 with a subwoofer.
Both being samsung, I have the display connected via HDMI, audio being connected via digital out. However, I've been using the smart tv function on the tv and using the onboard apps to stream video and audio. Youtube, Hulu, Netflix etc.
Recently I've been noticing an issue where the audio skips or mutes itself for a split second, everyone 30 seconds to 1 min, then resumes to play audio like normal.
After shuffling through the tv and sound bar options I still have the same continuing issue.
If any further information is needed please feel free to let me know what is needed to resolve this. Any feedback would be great!
