Question

Samsung Tablet does not display photos

Aug 30, 2015 8:15PM PDT

Have a 4 year old Samsung Galaxy Tab, Model GT-P1010, which my wife uses for Facebook. Recently it stopped showing the photos attached to postings. What caused this and how do I fix it?

This could be a web browser issue, email or other. I have a Sam Tab 3 which I can see what happens here.

Not sure if this helps the diagnosis, but if I click on videos included with a posting the video will play, and in full color.

Android is the new Windows. Just like PCs, they are all over the map without much regard to manuals or apps.

I don't know how much longer I'll have this Tab 3. It's not as good to me as my Google Nexus. That is, Samsung added/changed so much to Android that I find it annoying.

there should be a setting to auto place apps you install on home screen. try opening the play store app, open the menu, open the settings section. under general heading, there should be an option to add icon to home screen.
