Question

Samsung Tablet died. Entitled for a refund?

Aug 25, 2014 8:52AM PDT

My Samsung tablet has just died after two months. Am I entitled to demand a refund under the Trades Description Act that it is not capable of fulfilling the purpose for which it was purchased?

Defers to Samsung in your country. Laws vary and the current Ambassador seems to be based in that other colony that went their own way.

Answer
Depends where you live

It does depend where you live, and if something happened (such as dropping it, even if it's not broken directly due to that).

Contact Samsung. They'll at least fix it under warranty.
