I find it usually has to go to the service counter to let them flash it back to stock. If that fails, it's a hardware failure.
TWRP is something nonstock so be sure to use forums that support TWRP.

Okay so my bricked Samsung Tab 3 T210 is unable to read the internal storage. I have tried restoring everything, like the official firmware, and it doesnt work. When I load up the tablet it says cant mount data, and if i look at the internal storage using TWRP it shows as no space, whereas my external storage has space. any help would be appreciated, doodyguy
