by justinkauai / January 21, 2018 3:48 PM PST

Aloha guys, I am new to this and am trying to figure out my t.v.
I have a samsung tv model un65ku630dfxza. it works fine for about an hour give or take, then we get all the colored lines and it shuts down and then boots back up. Once it shuts down it will continue to shut down and reboot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

In warranty you call it in.

Out of warranty there are no user serviceable parts. If you were to tackle self repair seems to offer a component above them all. You can guess that or go get a service manual and follow it's instructrions.

thank you for your reply. I live in hawaii and they don't have anyone to fix it. they told me to throw it away and are giving me my money back. I just feel really bad throwing it away. if I could spend a couple hundred dollars on new board and fix it then I would like to do that.

Around here there were Westinghouse and Visio's by the warehouse full that we recycled. If they gave a refund, that's the sign there's a design flaw.
