azliefaizal,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

If the monitor worked previously and this was a result of the upgrade, it may be possible that the driver for the onboard graphics card doesn't have an update that supports 1680x1050. You might check with your motherboard manufacturer to see if there is an update to that specific component on the motherboard.

I checked our site, and up to Vista is supported for our drivers.

I can check tomorrow to see if there is a different driver that might work.

azliefaizal,

I've put in a request for your model for an upgrade to the Windows driver. Unfortunately, I have no ETA on when that will be delivered.

However, what you might try is either use a Windows 7 driver or the older driver using Windows compatibility mode, or try a Windows 7 driver with a similar model, like the B2240EW that also has the 1680x1050 resolution. Here's a link:

Does that help?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
