Hello there

My problem is that my monitor will go all black then it will try to switch between analog and digital which will make my pc crash i can reboot it fine but the problem will occur randomly later.

I have tryed the following

Using both digital and analog to see if the problem stops
Update graphics driver
Update Monitor
Update motherboard

I have:

Intel Quad Core Pro Q6600 2.40ghz
Abit IX38 QuadGT Intel X38
Geforce 9800 GX2 1024mb

If the screen goes all black, and you don't switch, will it still crash?

I'm not sure where the problem rests, but I'm not sure how the monitor itself is causing the computer to "crash".
