Samsung Support Useless

How long and how many people does it take to send out a new charging cable / data cable for a Note 10.1?

Currently we're at 5 days, 8 people, 3 emails and counting. With no resolution in sight. I'm starting to get sick to death of samsung.

Supply the Transaction numbers, and if there is a service issue, you might want to try the Service Issues link at the top.

Sorry, no I can't directly help you but hope you can add these details before the Ambassador checks in.

Got more reference numbers than I know what to do with. Which one this time? Customer one?

But to speed things along, reply to your top post and add them. I'm sharing this so you get a faster response rather than the first reply asking for the transaction numbers, country and all that.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
