I have never experienced such terrible customer support. I have been a lontime supporter and have always had good things to say about products.
Recently , my laptop failed on me. It was the first samsung product do so on me. My laptop is the rf711-s02 still under warranty. This is where things go worse. After sending in my request ihad tried calling numerous times to the center I was supposed to carry in my laptop to. Not once did they answer the phone.
I decided to just go anyway and when iget there the door is closed with a sign and small phone outside to call the samsung extention. I call about six times and knock on the door but no answer. The place has not closed yet (said 6pm) and lights were on.
I wait another 15 minutes hoping maybe they were out for an errand or cigarette but then all of a sudden someone lurches out of the office with no excuse or apology. He takesme laptop saying it will take 3 days.
Now its Friday and i havecheck the track service features and none have been updated. I have tried calling and again they never answer the phone.
This is the new jersey office located in moonachie, nj.
This experience is one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever faced. I have no clue if and when ill get my laptop back.
