I can't tell if you dived into the manual about how or where in the TV menu to test (some models do that, some don't) and format the drive prior to use.
In the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG to call and just ask how.
Hello..I bought a samsung SUHD TV but anytime i try to record or timeshift a program it says Recording (or timeshift) is currently unavailable please check your tv and usb device and try again.
What am i doing wrong,a harddrive is connected to the usb port in the one connect mini.
