Samsung spare parts

by marinetbryant / April 21, 2006 12:56 AM PDT

When I got my Samsung 4272 plasma, there were some clam shell type things with it. They are some type of metal or ceramic material surrounded by plastic. It appears they might close around a cable and snap shut. An uneducated guess is they might be for reducing electrical noise or interference. The manual says zilch about them. Thanks.

They are a ceramic farite and are used to reduice electrical noise. If your having a problem you loop the wire through them and snap them closed. John

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
