Unfortunately, I'm not able to troubleshoot cell phone connectivity issues. There's no way to check the network or your phone. I'd recommend visiting your carrier's authorized repair center to see if there's a software update for your phone, a connectivity issue or an update to the App. These are all possible variables for why you're phone may not be connecting as it should.
Well I have the Samsung Smiley and I have AIM. But when i sign on there's barely people on but in reality there's countless people signed on. Then when i try to "refresh" it, it says "Internal Client Error". What's wrong and how do i fix this?
