Call Samsung and have them check your firmware rev, country setting and if it fails, do not delay in returning the product. There is NO ASSURANCE they will fix this. Do not keep products that arrive incomplete.
Hi, today I bought Samsung Smart TV, 4k, 55", model:UE55KU6075XXE. When I was setting up the TV I expected to be able to install applications like Tv2Sumo, Amazon Prime, Viaplay etc, however i am limited so certain useless apps like storytel and Goal+. My family have got a 43" Samsung Smart TV, and the'yre able to use the apps I listed above, any help?
