I'm just glad I'm not the only one. Smart view 2.0 was working fine before the firmware update on the TV. However, ever since the firmware update smart view hasn't been working. Called Samsung customer services and no solution yet. Another solution to stream is to connect it through link.samsung.com. It is kinda like a cloud service for Samsung where you stream your PC files onto the TV.
I bought a LED TV a few months ago, I was using smart view 2.0 in order to stream personal movies to my TV, it worked like a charm, but last week it stopped working.
Nothing changed, I have no idea what happened, I tried reinstalling the software, but the problem persists.
The problem: infinite loading on the first screen "connect to TV".
I can't click or do anything, this software is super basic.
What is trying to connect to? The network?
Network works fine, I can use my WIFI with my TV (netflix), so the problem has to be the software or anything?
