There are issues with some routers, hidden SSIDs and WiFi channels as well as the date and time settings. I know it's asking a lot but maybe it's something that can be dealt with here, if not call it in. If you can exchange the set, why not?
You said you did a reset but did you try changing to wired, click OK and then go back into the menu to select WiFi and see if that woke it up?
And again, be sure you're within 20 feet on the first setup or when in trouble.

I bought it 3 weeks ago and worked perfectly, but after the latest update/maintenance, the internal wireless lan conection doesn't find any device... i already did a factory reset and nothing happened.
