Samsung Smart Tv Wifi issue?

My Samsung smart tv (I don't know which version sorry) can connect to wifi, but the keypad to type in the password to the wifi doesn't appear. You can click and it makes the noises as if it were there, but it doesn't show up, it makes the screen grey and a little darkened as if it were about to come up to type but it never does. How do I fix this

And the router's WiFi is 20 foot or less away. If so, always call these is so they can check if the firmware is current as well as go over how to update that plus try resets.

I apologize for the inconvenience. First, please make sure the firmware is completely up to date, if it is I would recommend Factory resetting the television. This can usually be found in the support section of the menu.
