Make this a warranty call. Don't keep defective products. Make that call now and if Samsung can't fix it now consider returning it for a refund. Waiting for them to fix bugs like this is not a good idea.
The products SHALL work when delivered. You are not paying for prototypes.
I bought a 50” Samsung 4K UHD smart tv a few months ago and tonight as I tried to play a show on Netflix, it showed a small square of what I should have seen and it spread the sides of the square over the rest of the screen. I tried it on Hulu also. It looks completely normal until I go to play a video.
