Question

Samsung Smart TV - UNJ325205 Model

Sep 9, 2016 9:50AM PDT

I am asking for help on how to connect wireless headphones to my 32 inch smart tv. Samsung has advised that I have no audio out on this tv. However, there is an audio out port. The speakers I want to use have a nomral speaker connection and the tv does not. So, I am just guessing that I need some sort of adapter to connect. Any ideas?

I see the RCA connections on that cable at your Amazon link. Seems you can connect it up.

Just a quick note, you have to set the TV to use the optical and send stereo or PCM only in most cases. I don't own your set but this was all I needed to know to get it to work.

There are also optical wireless headphone kits on amazon.

Wireless Headphones and Samsung Smart tv
Dec 28, 2016 6:24PM PST

I was finally able to connect Sennheiser RS120 On-Ear Wireless RF (Headphones with Charging Dock) to my Samsung 32 inch J5205 Model Smart tv via toslink with converter. (The tv only has optical out port). Even Samsung told me that this was impossible. Anyway, for anyone else out there who has been told it does not work, IT DOES! Thanks.
